In memoriam, the Reedley Historical
Society has dedicated this wonderful video documentary
to the late state poet laureate of California, Charles
B. "Gus" Garrigus, a former Reedley resident,
Reedley College professor and state Legislator. Garrigus'
recitation of his poem about Reedley and the Kings
River sets the tone for the documentary. Quick Time Player

The hour
long documentary on the history of the Reedley area
is now available for purchase. The professional video
was produced by Andy
Wiebe who was one of the production
assistants of the TV series Touched By An Angel and
Promise Land. This video production tells the history
of the Reedley area and features local personalities
who helped narrate certain aspects of the film. The
video retails for about $25.00 and can be purchased
