Aquatics Gift Cards Available Now! Need an idea for a stocking stuffer, gift exchange or perfect gift for that hard to buy for person? How about a gift that enhances the quality of life? Our suggestion.... GIVE THE GIFT OF HEALTH! Aquatics and Lap Swim Gift Certificates are available this holiday season. Swimming is fun and a great form of exercise, especially during the cold winter months. We believe that a gift geared towards health and fitness is an everlasting gift and one that shows you truly care. Aquatics Gift Cards are available for $30 and $60. These are priced to cover one or two months of Water Aerobics, but can be used for any aquatics program the City of Reedley offers. Lap Pass Gift Cards are also available. These come in a variety of ways - $12.50 for 5 visits; $25 for 10; $50 for 20. Gift Certificates are available now at the Reedley Community Services Office, 100 N. East Avenue, Reedley. Must be preregistered, Register at Reedley Community Center.
Dates & Times Available in Early Spring
Water Babies (1 - 3yrs) Child must be accompanied by an adult. Basic water introduction.
Polywog I (3 - 5yrs) Introduction to water. Learn to submerge on command. Basic water skills taught.
Polywog II (4 - 6yrs) Submerge on command. Pre-beginner skills are taught to become prone with face in the water.
Beginner (any age) Swim prone position with face in the water. Crawl stroke taught with water skills.
Advanced Beginner (any age) Beginner class or swim crawl stroke (freestyle) effectively in deep water. Backstroke and breast stroke taught with skills.
Private (any age) Student will receive one on one attention for swim lesson instruction. Teacher will adjust to the level of the swimmer.
