Once-a-week Major Streets
To be swept on a weekly basis: Manning Avenue, I Street & Reed Ave. will be serviced in the early morning (before 6:00 a.m.) on every Friday.
Twice-a-week Downtown Streets
The streets required to be swept on a twice-a-week basis: Eleventh Street, G Street & Tenth Street will be serviced in the early morning hours (before 5:00 a.m.) on each Monday & Friday.
Fall Leaf Program
The program will run from November 15th to January 30th. It will involve extra street sweeping service for the heaviest leaf areas of the city. During the Fall Leaf Program, the designated sections of the city will be swept on a twice-a-month sweeping schedule, allowing for six (6) total sweeps of the Leaf Route. The leaf areas will be swept on either a Monday or Friday to allow for compliance with the Waste Disposal schedules.
We ask that you please bag leaves during this time or request an extra green can in order to minimize the amount of leaves that the street sweeper must pick up.
