In an attempt to maintain the beauty and safety of
our wonderful city, we are asking for your help in
and around your neighborhoods. A public service correction
notice may be obtained by downloading from this page
or may be picked up in person at any city office. The
form contains the most common neighborhood problem
issues and all you have to do is check the appropriate
box and write in the street location of the problem.
All issues will be kept confidential if requested.
